The staff

There’s staff during the whole day. Every villa has his own fulltime cook, he will, on request, prepare and serve meals using supplies provided by the guests. He will be glad to advise and help you buying things like fresh fish from the local fishermen.

There’s a fulltime housekeeper on the compound and we have 2 gardeners who are also in charge of the well maintained swimming pool.

From Monday till Friday they work from 8.00am till 5.00pm with one hour break around noon. On Saturday they work from 8.00am till 1pm. They’re off on Sunday.

Overtime can be requested but is not compulsory. The hourly rate is KShs 300 per hour, payable to the staff on completion of the overtime (daily, not at the end of the holiday).

At night security is assured by a guard on the property (from 6pm till 6am), supplemented by remote alarms in the main rooms.
